On Friday April 27 AIS students volunteered to clean up the beach in Porto Romano just north of Durres. The students and staff worked very hard and collected many bags of debris in their attempt to return the beach to its pristine condition. After the beach clean-up on such a beautiful day everyone took some time off to swim in the sea followed by a delicious meal prepared by Mrs. Vera and the staff. The students had so much fun they were already asking when we could return on the way back to AIS that evening! Congratulations to the staff and students who made this day a success.
